We seek a highly motivated and experienced attorney-at-law with a perfect understanding of corporate structures in Cyprus and their regulatory environment. The successful applicant should be experienced and comfortable with all interactions with local authorities, with the formation and registration of companies in Cyprus, bank account openings, preparation of KYC documentation, drafting of various other Company documents including minutes, resolutions, ownership changes, powers of attorney etc.
